1. Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak seasons, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
  • If an order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5 business days 
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2 business days 
  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to USA, Canada, New Zealand.
  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 10 business days 
  • Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 4 business days 
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order through instructions provided when order placed 

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details first.

6. Shipping Address & Changes

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
