1. Processing & Handling Times
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During peak seasons, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
- If an order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2 business days
- Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
3. International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to USA, Canada, New Zealand.
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 10 business days
- Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 4 business days
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
